Um, I'm against this thing anyway because it plain doesn't work (not to our standards) anywhere else in the world that I know of. But "at least one physician or OTHER medical professional" !!! That is proof to me that healthcare won't be provided based on what is proper, but "cost effective." You have to ask yourself just one question...will I ever have an ailment that isn't "cost effective." And then my elderly parents and children come to mind...

Well said Brent. The comment from HIPPYGRL1457 is doubly shocking as she (or he!) doesn't even realize Scientology is not Christianity! But no matter. All religious belief is being viewed through the same sad, pathetic prism. It never ceases to amaze me that those who claim to be the most open-minded among us are actually the opposite.

As for anonymity online, I agree. Be a man (or a woman) and reveal who you are. You might think twice before hitting the Submit button.

Eric:

You are welcome for the review. I can imagine trying hold the reins on this wild ride was a real challenge. I find myself often stalling on certain topics not wanting to too far, totally appeasing one audience and offending another. You've done a good job and I am thoroughly anticipating the second installment.

Brent, thanks for taking the time to review the book. I did try to toe the line between appeasing the horror market while never being gory or gratuitous. I wanted sin to be shown with its ugly effects, though. Like The Screwtape Letters, I wanted to reveal the dastardly schemes of the enemy, as opposed to the life-giving power in the Nazarene Blood.

Again, thank you for the review.
